We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor or Legal Adviser to join our growing team in Crawley. This opportunity would suit an individual with a few years’ post‑qualification experience who is confident in managing their own caseload with minimal supervision, while also supporting Partners on larger and more complex transactions. The role offers excellent scope to further develop technical expertise and commercial awareness within a collaborative and supportive environment.

You will play an active role in the continued growth of the department, including involvement in business development initiatives, networking, and developing long‑term client relationships. We are looking for a personable and motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who enjoys working closely with clients, referrers, and colleagues. What you will be doing

  • Client Engagement: engage with prospective legal clients, providing clear guidance. Follow‑up on enquiries ensuring a seamless process for clients.
  • Case Management: Oversee the matter from start to finish, ensuring all details are recorded and communication with third parties is managed to bring the matter to conclusion.
  • Client Care: deliver excellent client care with a professional and friendly approach at all times.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the business development strategy, identifying opportunities to promote the firm. Engage in marketing initiatives through blogs, articles, networking events, and referrals.

  • Experience of managing your own caseload in a Corporate Solicitor or Legal Adviser capacity.
