You will be based at our modern hub in central Eastbourne, working alongside a talented team of legal professionals. We seek a candidate with ambition and drive, possessing substantial post-qualification experience and enthusiasm for career development. The ideal applicant will have proven experience handling complex matters and delivering exceptional client service. What you will be doing: Handling a wide range of residential property matters, including complex cases. Engaging with prospective clients, preparing matter estimates, and managing pre-instruction documentation. Providing written advice and legal documents to facilitate case progression and resolution. Maintaining high standards of client care in a professional manner. Implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Supervising and assisting junior fee earners and paralegals, delegating work appropriately. What you will need: Significant experience as a Legal Adviser in Residential Property. Experience managing complex residential property cases. Strong workload management skills, including delegation and seeking additional input when necessary. An understanding of client needs and the importance of relationship building. Proven business development skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
