What you will be doing:
- Client Engagement: engage with prospective legal clients, providing clear guidance and following up on enquiries to ensure a seamless process.
- Case Management: oversee the matter from start to finish, ensuring all details are recorded and communication with third parties is managed to bring the matter to conclusion.
- Client Care: deliver excellent client care with a professional and friendly approach at all times.
- Financial Management: maintain effective financial management on client files.
- Business Development: contribute to the business development strategy, identifying opportunities to promote the firm and engage in marketing initiatives through blogs, articles, networking events, and referrals.
