We have an amazing opportunity for a highly accomplished Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Adviser to join our West Sussex team. You will be based at our modern Storrington and Chichester hubs working with a fantastic team of experienced legal professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of residential property work, including complex matters.
- Engage with prospective legal clients, produce matter estimates and pre-instruction documentation.
- Produce written advice to clients and the required legal documents to progress and conclude the matter.
- Exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner at all times.
- Work with marketing strategies to attract new clients and develop relationships with current clients.
- Assist and supervise more junior fee-earners/paralegals, delegating appropriate work to paralegals.
Qualifications:
- Highly accomplished Legal Adviser with relevant experience working in Residential Property.
- Experience in a wide range of complex Residential Property work.
- Ability to manage workload, knowing when to delegate and when to request additional input, to provide the best client service.
- Understanding of clients as our business partners and the importance of knowing what is key for them.
- Proven business development experience, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
