Mayo Clinic Healthcare in London is seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to support growth at our London location. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment—someone who can set direction, coordinate execution, and drive impact across both B2C and B2B audiences. As the primary marketing lead for our London outpatient clinic, you’ll be responsible for localizing and executing marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, grow executive health and specialty referral volumes, and support business development.
You’ll work closely with Mayo Clinic consultants, business development, marketing, communications, and the Center for Digital Health teams to deliver campaigns, content, and events that align with strategic and financial objectives. This role blends strategy and execution, but it strongly emphasizes working through internal partners and external resources to maximize impact in a lean environment. It requires someone who can balance autonomy with collaboration and is comfortable managing multiple priorities with resourcefulness and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with MCH’s business objectives and brand standards.
- Lead local brand awareness initiatives, tailoring messaging to resonate in the UK healthcare landscape.
- Partner with consultants and the business development team to support growth in executive health and specialty referrals through targeted campaigns and materials.
- Coordinate the creation and adaptation of marketing content—including brochures, presentations, and digital assets—in partnership with Comms and design resources.
- Support the planning and execution of local events, working with internal teams and external vendors to enhance stakeholder engagement and visibility.
- Collaborate with Communications and the Center for Digital Health to maintain up-to-date, accurate website content and ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Leverage insights and data (with CDH and business support) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide ongoing efforts.
- Ensure alignment with budget and ROI goals, providing updates and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of strategic marketing experience within the UK private healthcare sector.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign delivery tailored to the UK market.
- Strong communicator with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
