As the primary marketing lead for our London outpatient clinic, you’ll be responsible for localizing and executing marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, grow executive health and specialty referral volumes, and support business development.

You’ll work closely with Mayo Clinic consultants, business development, marketing, communications, and the Center for Digital Health teams to deliver campaigns, content, and events that align with strategic and financial objectives. This role blends strategy and execution, but it strongly emphasizes working through internal partners and external resources to maximize impact in a lean environment. It requires someone who can balance autonomy with collaboration and is comfortable managing multiple priorities with resourcefulness and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with MCH’s business objectives and brand standards.
  • Lead local brand awareness initiatives, tailoring messaging to resonate in the UK healthcare landscape.
  • Partner with consultants and the business development team to support growth in executive health and specialty referrals through targeted campaigns and materials.
  • Coordinate the creation and adaptation of marketing content—including brochures, presentations, and digital assets—in partnership with Comms and design resources.
  • Support the planning and execution of local events, working with internal teams and external vendors to enhance stakeholder engagement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with Communications and the Center for Digital Health to maintain up-to-date, accurate website content and ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage insights and data (with CDH and business support) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide ongoing efforts.
  • Ensure alignment with budget and ROI goals, providing updates and recommendations to leadership.

Mayo Clinic is the #1 hospital in the world, recognized globally for its commitment to innovation, quality, and patient-centered care. At Mayo Clinic Healthcare in London, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of international healthcare delivery—helping more people access Mayo’s life-changing care close to home.

  • Strong communicator with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinker comfortable using data, insights, and marketing tools to inform decisions.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
