As a Senior Practice / GP Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in our renowned GP and Executive Health (EH) screening service, delivering an exceptional patient experience that sets new standards in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver advanced nursing care for GP and EH screening patients, including assessments, phlebotomy, ECGs, and patient education.
- Lead clinical interventions aligned with Mayo Clinic protocols and NICE guidance, including women’s health procedures and travel vaccinations.
- Mentor and inspire junior nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient pathways and specialty referrals.
- Drive service development, quality improvement, and governance initiatives, contributing to audits, SOP creation, and patient safety reviews.
- Uphold the highest standards of documentation, confidentiality, and professional practice.
Must be authorized to work in the UK, relocation is not offered.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Significant experience in general practice nursing or health screening.
- Competence in cervical screening and immunisations.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- A growth mindset and a passion for innovation.

- Experience with health screening patient cohorts or private healthcare settings.
