A leading financial institution is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to work within the Real Estate team. The successful applicant will be working alongside all business areas to ensure they are given the guidance and advice needed on risk mitigation strategies.
Duties will include:
- Delivering annual plan of operational risk reviews and presenting the findings to the Risk Committee
- Performing operational incident reviews
- Carrying out high quality risk reports to internal stakeholders
- Coordination of Risk Committee reporting and of SOX testing
All applicants need to have a technical understanding of risk management methodology and an advanced certificate in operational risk would be highly advantageous. You must possess good numerical skills, communication skills and have the ability to liaise with senior management effectively and professionally.
