Our client is a leading global asset manager looking for a 6 month contractor to complete a Fund Operations role in London with particular focus on trailer fees/commissions/rebates. You must be immediately available and have strong Fund Operations and systems skills.
You will be part of the Fund Operations team providing transfer agent and oversight services, working on a wide variety of projects and day to day tasks particularly centred around trailer commission and bank reconciliations.
Responsibilities include:
- Monthly and quarterly SICAV and GSYB trailer fee processes
- Bespoke commission processes, accruing, calculating, and paying or reinvesting rebates, introducer commission and other fees
- Handling large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, performing complex analyses, and drawing actionable insights
You will possess:
- At least 2 years fund industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, for example, Excel, SQL, Python etc.
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
