Our client, a leading European Asset Manager, is looking for a Head of Content to work with Investments Specialists and Writers to enhance the quality of their RFP and DDQ content. You will be responsible for leading the process of sourcing, writing, editing, and maintaining standard responses held in the content library as well as working closely with business partners and SMEs to create relevant and thought-provoking content.
Responsibilities:
- Story development, content creation, and maintenance of product and strategy content used in preparing RFPs, DDQs, and other documents for prospective and existing clients globally.
- Supporting the firm across all businesses to significantly increase and/or retain assets under management.
- Establishing the content development strategy on an annual basis.
- Partnering extensively with other key departments, including Distribution, Product Management, Marketing, Performance, Legal, and Compliance.
- Collaborating with strategic content developers.
- Establishing an annual content development strategy and execution plan.
You will possess:
- Significant experience in investment/financial writing.
- Deep experience in sourcing and managing written content, especially in building relationships with information providers (Subject Matter Experts) to extract relevant and timely information.
- Significant asset management experience, preferably in a multi-site or global environment.
- Understanding and experience of the formal RFP and DDQ processes, including clients’ and consultants’ evaluation processes.
- Strong knowledge of Investment/Asset management product range, across equity, fixed income, real estate, and alternatives.
- Excellent knowledge of financial markets, ideally across multiple distribution channels and regions/countries.
- Proficient with statistical information.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and RFP systems.
