Client Reporting/Client Services

You will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and be responsible for all non-investment related client management from managing cash flows, onboarding and client reporting.  You will work closely with the Front Office.  Responsibilities include:

• Produce monthly/quarterly investment and account reports within agreed deadlines
• Client relationship management
• Managing client onboarding process and administrating client cashflows
• Daily monitoring of transactions (such as trade reports, reconciliations, valuations, notifiable positions)
• Take a proactive approach to improving processes

To be considered for this role you will have experience in Client Reporting in Investment Management, experience dealing with Institutional clients and strong Fixed Income knowledge.  You will have outstanding communication skills and the ablility to deal with a busy deadline driven workload.
