A US Investment Management business based in the City is looking to recruit an experienced Client Onboarding Manager. You will be responsible for the onboarding and management of Institutional clients who invest in segregated mandates. The role is very diverse, covering the end-to-end onboarding process.
Responsibilities include:
- Project manage and coordinate the onboarding process for clients and funds, understanding client requirements and ensuring these are communicated to key stakeholders while managing the process through a disciplined approach.
- Liaising with both the client, their custodians, and outsourced functions.
- Be the point of contact for new and existing EMEA institutional clients for operational, legal, general onboarding, and service queries.
- Manage the launch of new funds, participate in the ongoing service management of product/fund launches, and facilitate new share classes, inspecie transfers, and switches.
- Proactively engage in process improvements to drive efficiencies and services as well as participate in larger transformational change initiatives (including workflow mapping, etc.).
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in a client-focused position and extensive experience in the client onboarding process from an investment manager with experience onboarding segregated accounts. You will have demonstrable experience in projects, process improvement, and process mapping. You will have exceptional communication skills, as well as a proactive, collaborative, and focused mindset.
