Mayflower Theatre in Southampton is seeking a Front of House Team Leader to deliver a warm, welcoming and professional experience for every visitor.

You will lead by example, support the team across performances, events and daily activity, and ensure audiences feel safe, informed and valued.

The role is offered on an annualised hours contract of 1040 hours per year (about 20 hours a week), including afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Weekend work and the Christmas period are required.
