Our client is the UK’s leading provider for premium and bespoke private label supplements and nutrition products. Offering a seamless full-service solution, we specialise in branding, product development and manufacturing with a highly experienced in-house team of experts. With over 20 professionals passionate about innovation, we simplify the process of creating and launching high-quality nutrition products.
In this role, you will take ownership of new client projects once the initial formulation and costings have been established, driving them through development, packaging and delivery to sign off of the project. Acting as the key point of contact during this critical phase, you will balance client expectations, commercial viability and technical execution to bring products to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves getting things done and enjoys managing multiple projects at once. You’ll work closely with clients throughout the development journey, supporting product development, packaging and commercial decisions to bring concepts to life.
What you will do:
- Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to deliver a seamless transition from concept to active project, setting each project up for success.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the development phase, building strong client relationships and leading day-to-day communication.
- Drive projects forward at pace, managing multiple workstreams across product development, packaging, and costing, ensuring the projects are commercially viable.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging handover to the Account Management team at point of order, providing clear documentation and continuity to support ongoing client growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends and innovation, applying insight to support competitive product development.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in project management or account management within NPD, FMCG, or a product-led environment.
- A proven ability to take ownership and drive projects forward from concept to completion.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Take full ownership of project structure and delivery, ensuring client requirements are clearly defined and translated into commercially and operationally viable solutions, while working closely with NPD and internal teams to brief development, coordinate samples, support manufacturing trials and keep progress, decisions and next steps clearly tracked.
- Confident communication and people skills, with experience working closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Commercial awareness, with experience contributing to costings, budgets or margin considerations.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality products and seeing projects through to successful order.
- Industry experience and passion preferred.
