As a Mid-Level .NET Developer, you’ll be enhancing and maintaining our core platform. You’ll take ownership of tasks, work independently on features/components, and collaborate closely with senior developers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to technical design and participate in customer-facing discussions when required.
Location: Lambourn, Berkshire (Hybrid – 2 days minimum in-office per week)
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE (minimum 3 years’ experience)
Share Options: Offered after probation period
Experience: .NET: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adhere to standards
- Accurately estimate development time and deliver to schedule
- Support the helpdesk when needed for escalated technical queries
