Head of Development – C#/Azure – Cambridge / Hybrid
We are looking for a Head of Development to lead our software development projects, focusing on C# and Azure technologies. The role involves managing multiple teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee software development projects, ensuring on-time completion and quality standards.
- Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Guide the development, testing, and deployment of cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
- Maintain and improve development practices and methodologies.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with extensive experience, or higher degrees with fewer years of experience.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET, SQL, and Azure cloud technologies.
