We are looking for a Sales Director and an Account Executive for an advanced materials company that has developed proprietary plastic compounds enabling market-leading strength and downgauged performance in bin liners and carrier bags. We are seeking to appoint a high-performing B2B sales professional to drive strategic account acquisition across:
- Grocery & retail chains
- National and regional distributors
- Municipalities & public sector waste authorities
- Schools, military & institutional procurement
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated track record of closing mid-to-large B2B contracts
- Experience selling into retail chains or public-sector buyers
- Strong negotiation and procurement engagement capability
- Hunter mentality with structured pipeline management
- Comfortable with domestic and international travel
- Packaging or sustainability product experience is desirable but not mandatory. Closing ability and institutional selling experience are essential.
