Job Description We are looking for a Partner Support Executive to join a leading Comparison client in Cardiff. Must Haves At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience B2B sales experience with the knowledge and ability to deal with different types of customer. Rapport building skills Someone who is resilient – self-motivated and has a passion for achieving goals who can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment We need people who love doing direct outbound calling to existing partners on our network We need you to be a great communicator who is friendly and outgoing- genuinely enjoys dealing with people who can be enthusiastic You will need to be someone who loves an email. You will be using Outlook every day – using templates provided and free written direct emails so you need to be confident utilising email for sales We need people who thrive being part of a team – who love helping teammates improve and are always wanting to share ideas and contribute across the business Overall – we need someone who can demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude to the team and the company as a whole to ensure we grow the partner network massively to help the company achieve it’s overall growth targets. The successful candidate will be working closely with the existing Partner Support Team and will be accountable for contributing to the continued growth of our trusted partner network.
