Are you a high-energy, high-performing software pre-sales professional who excels at delivering solutions to technically complex challenges for the largest and most innovative global companies? As a cross-functional Senior Sales Engineer within our International Sales Engineering organisation, you will support our direct sellers, account managers, and our partner network as we provide our AI-powered DevSecOps solutions to financial services, retail, government, utilities, telecommunications, and transportation companies across France and the French-speaking regions of Belgium and Switzerland.

Candidates must be fluent French speakers and located in the London area within easy travel to Paris as needed to collaborate with our French team and visit customers.

  • Operate in French (Business-Critical): Lead full customer engagements in French, including discovery, workshops, and executive presentations; collaborate internally in English.
  • Drive Sales Outcomes: Present with clarity and authority to both executives (business value, risk, outcomes) and practitioners (technical depth, architecture).
  • Position solutions: Across Application Security, Testing, DevOps, and Agility, with a solid grasp of CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and automation.
  • Build end-to-end solution designs: Across complex toolchains, including integrations, APIs, and data flows aligned to customer environments.
  • Maintain Technical Ownership and Execution Discipline: Own technical threads throughout the sales cycle, ensuring rigorous follow-up, preparation, and continuity across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate: Across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, while representing the company credibly in customer and market-facing forums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • ~8+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar technical role with a successful track record in supporting wins with enterprise customers.
  • ~5+ years of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the DevOps domain.
  • Ability to project manage RFPs and Technical Proof-of-Value projects using tools such as Monday.
  • Understanding of the sales-process and sales methodologies (Command of the Message preferred) and the part that Sales Engineering plays to successfully close opportunities.
  • Superior project management skills.
  • Must work successfully with a geographically dispersed sales team and customer base, including a willingness to travel often internationally.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Located in London area with the ability to travel across France and French-speaking areas up to 50% of the time.
