We are looking for a BDM to join a leading medical / healthcare client near Marlow, Bucks.
The New Business Development Executive will drive new sales with customers that they themselves identify. They will also develop cross-sells of new products to existing customers, who currently buy other products from us. The role will be 90% telephone sales, with some face-to-face customer visits and tradeshow appearances.
The new BDE will join a team of 5 other salespeople, and will report to the Commercial Director. The company is a family-owned company that has 25 staff in the UK, and a very low staff turnover rate. Members of the sales team have been with the company from 5 to 20 years.
Candidates will ideally be a 2.1 or 1st University Degree in a Science Subject
At least 2 year’s experience in a Technical Sales role
Good grasp of mathematics is essential.
Prior experience of selling in Medical /Healthcare Sector would be beneficial.
