We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our growing team with at least 5 years’ experience in the electronic security industry to drive growth across the UK and Ireland. This role is focused on new business acquisition, while also managing and expanding existing integrator, partner, and end-user relationships. You will play a key role in positioning enterprise-grade, integrated security platforms to both new and existing customers. The successful candidate will operate across the full UK and Ireland territory, targeting end-users, installers, integrators, consultants and main contractors within the electronic security sector.
What You Will Do…
- Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding the annual sales quota through proactive pipeline management and deal closure.
- Develop and execute a structured, results-driven sales plan aligned to regional and organisational growth targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly sales forecasting, providing clear visibility of pipeline health and revenue outlook.
- Maintain accountability for overall sales performance, regularly reviewing progress and implementing corrective actions to stay on target.
- Proactively identify and secure new opportunities for solutions across key verticals (e.g., banking).
