We are looking for a Business Development Manager focused on driving revenue through renewals and new business sales. Your primary responsibility will be supporting organizations in the UK across Commercial, Public, and Education sectors, aiding them in meeting their Engineering, Design, Quality, Legal, and Quality Compliance obligations. By providing innovative solutions, you'll help clients save valuable resources such as time, space, and money while effectively mitigating organizational risks. Based at our modern Bracknell headquarters with the option of part and part working from home.
Manage a portfolio of key Construction accounts, four point touch plan to identify upsell and retention opportunities. Provide monthly forecasts using Salesforce and Excel.
Excellent and confident verbal, written and presenting skills in all customer and colleague communications via telephone, email, PowerPoint and communication tools such as Teams and Zoom. Skilled in developing strong personal business relationships with existing and potential customers. Analytical and research skills for sourcing potential new business and developing existing accounts. Proactive planning to achieve monthly sales quotas and responsiveness to customer, team and internal requests.
