Now, as our current Home Manager moves on to a new internal opportunity, we’re looking for a successor who will nurture what’s already working - someone who leads through people, connection, and quiet confidence rather than dramatic change.

As Home Manager, you’ll guide an experienced, capable team through the next chapter of Mayflower’s journey. You’re an experienced Home Manager who takes pride in leading from the front - calm, consistent, and deeply committed to delivering exceptional dementia care. You understand the dynamics of a large, busy home and know how to balance quality, compliance, and compassion with commercial focus. Your leadership style is open and inclusive; you bring people with you, earning trust through clear communication and genuine care. You’re passionate about supporting those living with dementia, creating a home where residents feel safe, understood and valued, and where staff feel motivated and supported to give their best. Whether you’re a nurse or a non-nurse, what matters most is your proven ability to run a stable, high-performing home and build lasting relationships with families, regulators, and your team.
