Mayflower Community Academy in Plymouth is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant to join our Targeted Provision: A Village of Creativity. The role focuses on hands-on, creative learning in nature and community projects, supporting pupils across mainstream classes.
You will work with teachers, SENDCos and leaders to design and deliver nature-based activities, art, music and permaculture-inspired learning, helping every child feel valued, safe, and included.
