The position on offer is for a technical support administrator within the copper, fibre and security product industry.
The Technical Support Administrator will be required to provide first class administrative support to Mayflex internal staff, external clients and the Technical Support Team, be able to answer queries and create incidents that are accurate and free from omissions.
The Technical Support Administrator will be required to work to deadlines and process incidents from start to closure while adhering to the Technical Support Departments Service Level Agreements.
- Create incidents and follow through to completion.
- Process returns and replacements to clients.
- Raising required internal paperwork for returns and replacements.
- Raising required customs paperwork.
- Management of the Fluke and AEM Hire Service.
- Handling AEM Calibrations.
- Experience in customer services essential.
- Adhere to company and department SLA’s.
- Maintaining our technical FAQ’s.
- Creation of SOP (standard operating procedures) as and when required.
- Maintaining our warranties portal.
- Willingness to learn and upskill to provide technical support for Mayflex products.

Success in this role relies on managing the return of suspected faulty products, issuing replacement products to clients and all the required system paperwork involved.
An up-beat, positive attitude coupled with an understanding of customer needs and best practice customer service techniques are also key to successful performance.
It is critical that all issues are actioned in a timely and efficient manner.
