We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Registered Manager to work at an outstanding purpose built ten bedroom, residential care home set in landscaped gardens, providing 24-hour support for adults with a learning difficulty who may also have a physical disability. The home is registered outstanding with the Care Quality Commission and offers high quality accommodation and support tailored to meet individual needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Registered Manager who will take full responsibility for the day to day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading and managing staff to deliver outstanding person-centred care
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
- Drive quality, performance and occupancy levels
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals and external stakeholders
- Lead inspections and maintain excellent standards in line with regulatory frameworks
For this role of Registered Manager you will have proven experience or currently be a Deputy Manager ready to step up. You will have in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and inspection frameworks to include CQC. With excellent leadership skills, communication and organisation.
