Teacher - Pupil Referral Unit

We are seeking a passionate and resilient Teacher to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU). This role involves working with students who require additional support due to social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students * Support students in developing social and emotional skills alongside academic progress * Implement effective behaviour management strategies Qualifications & Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential * Experience of working with students with behavioural, emotional, and social difficulties * Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and behaviour management techniques Mayfield Recruitment is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
