Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for a Deputy Residential Home Manager in the Swadlincote area on a permanent basis. The position for the Deputy Residential Home Manager will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents. The residents in this Residential Home are children with EBD and complex needs, so the candidate MUST have relevant experience.
The Deputy Residential Home Manager will be responsible for:
- Experience of delivering support to a high standard within a social care setting;
- Some experience of leading individuals and teams within a residential care setting;
- Knowledge and experience of the regulatory standards;
The Deputy Residential Home Manager will need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to sit this;
- Proven experience in working in a managerial position within a Residential Children’s Home;
- Experience in working with children with EBD and complex needs.
