Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker in the Chipping area on a permanent basis. The position for the Senior Support Worker will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person centred care to all residents.
The Senior Support Worker will be responsible for:
- Experience of delivering support to a high standard within a social care setting;
- Some experience of leading individuals and teams within a residential care setting;
- Knowledge and experience of the regulatory standards;
The Senior Support Worker will need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care β or willingness to sit this;
- Experience in EBD in children;
- Proven experience in working in a Senior position within a care home;
- Experience in working with adults with Learning Disabilities.
