Family Support Worker – Residential Parental Assessment Location: Ilford We are seeking an experienced Family Support Worker for a residential parental assessment centre. You will support vulnerable parents and babies through court-ordered parenting assessments. Key duties: Observe and assess parent-child interactions Support parents with complex needs (e.g., mental health, addiction, domestic abuse) Record reports for multi-agency review Ensure child safety and follow safeguarding protocols Essential experience and qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People’s Workforce) or equivalent Experience in family support, early help, or residential assessments Experience working with babies and parents with complex needs Strong safeguarding knowledge and report writing skills apply now for immediate consideration
