We are looking for an experienced Design & Technology Teacher to commence in January 2026. You will be required to deliver high quality teaching and learning in Design & Technology, inspiring students to develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge across a range of disciplines including product design, engineering, textiles and digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities of Design & Technology Teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with national curriculum
- Teach across Key Stages 3 - 5
- Promote innovation, sustainability and practical skills
- Manage & maintain workshop tools safely and effectively
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
Qualifications & Experience
- QTS or equivalent
- Preferable but not essential: Degree in Design & Technology
- Previous experience in a similar role essential
