Overview
We are recruiting for a Design and Technology Teacher to work in a school part of a large Multi‑Academy Trust based in Burton upon Trent.
Start Date
Position will commence after February half term and will continue to end of school year July 2026.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Design and Technology lessons across Key Stage 3.
- Use workshop experience to develop practical activities.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and assessment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote design thinking.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience in a Design and Technology role.
- Workshop experience across Key Stage 3.
- DBS with update service – minimum of 2 years referencing required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
