Mayfield Recruitment are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join a Construction company on a permanent basis starting ASAP.
Duties for the Coordinator will include:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls and responding to vast emails from clients and their tenants
- Making outbound calls to schedule works, ensuring engineers' diaries are fully utilised
- Liaising with engineers to resolve queries and provide job updates
- Coordinating with suppliers via telephone and email
- Updating and managing jobs across various online portals (use of CRM systems)
- Providing general office and administrative support as required
Skills and experience required from the Coordinator:
- Some experience with SOR’S (advantageous but not essential)
- Previous experience within the social housing sector (advantageous but not essential)
- Proven call centre or high-volume telephone-based experience
- Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment (Must)
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Strong IT skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems
