The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for Community Care Worker, Adults to work a 37 hour week Monday – Friday, with an immediate start date. You will be supporting adults to maximise their independence in a face to face role supporting a back log of non-complex occupational therapy assessments. You do not need to be a qualified OT but you do need a minimum of Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care. You will also have previous experience of assessing and accurately recording information collated with previous experience of working in the community and experience of OT interventions. This role is fully supported by internal and external individuals and you will be working closely with equipment provider, housing and health departments to support people to remain independent at home by recognising the need for small aids and minor or major adaptations. You will need a full driving licence with access for a car, for which mileage is paid, a fully enhanced DBS preferably on the update service and provide a minimum of 2 years references.
