Mayfield Recruitment are currently looking for an Experienced Registered Manager - Children's in the Bradford area on a permanent basis. The position will need to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents.
The Registered Manager - Children's will be responsible for:
- Provide strong leadership to the care team, promoting a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence.
- Ensure the care home operates in full compliance with OFSTED standards and other relevant legislation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
- Oversee safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, and risk management within the home.
You will be overseeing a 7 bed children's home.
The Registered Manager - Children's will need:
- Proven experience in working as a Registered Children's Manager in a care home or similar care setting.
- In-depth knowledge of OFSTED regulations, safeguarding protocols, and best practice in elderly or specialist care.
- Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
- A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference.
- Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- A full UK driving license which you've held for at least 12 months.
