About The Role
This is a full-time role where you will facilitate hardware deployment to our customers and will play a key role in the continued development of our in‑house warehousing function for the AU/NZ region. Tasks will relate to logistics, hardware and stock control. As we continue to grow as a business in this region, there may be opportunity for further expansion on the role.
Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and dispatching equipment.
- Processing and refurbishing equipment returns.
- Receiving and organising import stock delivery and storage.
- Periodic stocktakes.
- Outbound calls to new and existing clients for order detail clarifications.
- Development and refinement of warehouse layout to create efficiency in receipt and dispatch activities.
- Monitoring of hardware deployment associated to client onboarding and knowledge of adequate stock levels.
- Maintaining inventory control programs and responsibility for preparation and reconciliation of regular reports or stock movements.
- Utilising sales forecasts and historical data to ensure stock ordering is facilitated at regular intervals to maintain minimum stock levels.
- Coordination with our UK warehouse team, outsourced logistics services and suppliers.
