Join our dynamic team at PHN Industries' warehouse in Mayfield, NSW as a full-time Storeman. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and organisation of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to support our manufacturing operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Receive, unload and check incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Accurately stock and store items in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Perform regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Operate materials handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a storeman or warehouse role, ideally within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficient in the use of materials handling equipment such as forklifts.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
