Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, capable, and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the CEO in driving the national expansion of Mayfield Clinic. This role will involve a mix of operational execution, project management, and hands-on support across property, clinical, and marketing workstreams.
You will be working directly with the CEO and wider team to:
- Identify and assess new site opportunities.
- Support GP onboarding in line with our protocols.
- Coordinate elements of marketing and service roll-out.
- Ensure operational standards are met as we scale nationally.
This is an excellent role for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in healthcare operations, with significant exposure to all aspects of growing a healthcare business.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Expansion:
- Research, identify, and evaluate potential new clinic locations across the UK.
- Liaise with landlords, agents, and suppliers as required.
- Clinical Onboarding:
- Support GP recruitment and onboarding processes in line with clinic protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance and training.
- Operations & Rollout:
- Assist with the set-up and launch of new sites.
- Ensure processes are followed consistently across all clinics.
- Marketing & Communications:
- Support local marketing initiatives for new clinics.
- Coordinate with external partners where necessary.
- General Support:
- Provide project management and administrative support to the CEO.
- Track progress against milestones and prepare reports.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical with the ability to research and evaluate options.

Experience & Qualifications
- Graduate-level qualification (any discipline considered; business, healthcare, or management an advantage).
- Prior experience in operations, project management, consulting, healthcare, or professional services desirable but not essential.
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, G-Suite, or similar).
