We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to deliver high-impact speech pathology services across our Mayfield Early Education Centres in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to work in community-based settings, supporting children aged 0–6 years during their most formative years. You’ll collaborate with our Operations team, educators, and families to create inclusive, communication-rich environments that empower children to thrive.

The Opportunity

  • Conducting assessments and developing tailored therapy plans
  • Collaborating with educators and families to support communication development
  • Delivering engaging, play-based therapy sessions
  • Supporting children with speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications

  • A degree in speech pathology and a certified practising member of SPA
  • Experience and a genuine interest in early childhood intervention
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Working With Children Check and relevant clearances
