We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to deliver high-impact speech‑pathology services across our Mayfield Early Education Centres in Melbourne’s North Western suburbs including Melton, Melton South, Maddingley, Tullamarine and Sydenham. This is a unique opportunity to work in community-based settings, supporting children aged 0–6 years during their most formative years. You’ll collaborate with our Operations team, educators, and families to create inclusive, communication-rich environments that empower children to thrive.
Opportunity- Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators and families to support communication development
- Deliver engaging, play‑based therapy sessions
- Support children with speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- A degree in speech pathology and a certified practising member of SPA
- Experience and a genuine interest in early childhood intervention
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check and relevant clearances
