Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Centre’s operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and a supportive, inclusive environment for children and staff.
  • Guide and develop the team, celebrate successes, and foster collaboration and a culture of high performance.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community; ensure safety and wellbeing are prioritized in all practices.
  • Implement quality education programs aligned with the Centre’s pillars: community, safety, educational quality, and a caring home-like environment.
  • Rebuild and grow a thriving Centre by driving strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and current First Aid/CPR certificate.
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
  • Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
  • Previous experience in a Centre Manager role is required.
