We are looking to recruit an experienced staff for our out of hours role. The shifts patterns are from Monday to Friday 6am - 9am and 5pm - 10pm, and weekend shifts are 6am - 2:20pm and 2:40pm - 10pm.
The successful candidate will coordinate the delivery of a safe and well-planned domiciliary care service that is service user focused based in Finchley Central. We are committed to supporting vulnerable people in their own homes so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence and be participating members of their communities.
You will be responsible for coordinating staff rotas using a computer-based roster system ensuring that all visits are covered. You will proactively liaise with external agencies such as hospitals, GPs, social services, as well as service users' family members and advocates. You will manage a team of community carers.
You are required to have good IT skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment to deadlines.
