Your Role:

• Support clients with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
• Travel between client homes
• Build meaningful relationships and promote wellbeing
• Keep accurate care records
• Be part of a team that celebrates, equality, diversity and is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all.

Our Portsmouth Branch provides services in Cosham, Emsworth, Fareham, Farlington, Havant, Paulsgrove, Portchester, Portsmouth, Waterlooville.

We have part time, full time, evening only and weekend only positions available.

Holding a UK drivers license and having use of your own vehicle is preferred but not essential.
