This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Coordinator at Mayfair Homecare located in Southampton. The Care Coordinator will be responsible for care coordination, case management, communication, home care, rotas and customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Experience in Home Care desired but not essential
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
