Mayfair Homecare are currently recruiting for a dedicated dual role Care Co-ordinator/Team Leader to join our team of care in Barnet. This is a small branch with the potential to grow. The dual role requires candidates that can multi-task, have excellent communication skills and can efficiently delegate duties and work well under pressure. This is an office hours position with requirements for back up.
The ideal candidate will have to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services consistent with the expectations and preferences of service users and commissioners when required. They should be professional, polite and attentive whilst also being accurate and should be able to represent the business at a senior level, both internally and externally.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring rotas are completed in a timely manner whilst ensuring continuity of care, ensuring safe staffing levels by managing annual leave and absences. The successful candidate will conduct both employee and service user touchpoints such as supervisions and service reviews alongside addressing safeguarding and complaints with the support of the registered branch manager.
Job Skills, Qualifications & Education Requirements- Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
- Have good knowledge of how to Rota safe and effectively.
- Good customer services skills.
- Strong organisational and admin skills.

- Previous care or care coordinator experience.
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure (If subscribed to the DBS Update Service).
- Evidence of ETW in the UK.
- Travelling will be required with this position.
- Out of Hours working will be required with this position, in line with business requirements.
- On-Call availability will be required at the start of the role, but this may change and be amended in line with business requirements.
