The Department

Led by Devi Shah, Michael Fiddy, Amy Jacks, and Sheena Frazer, our London Restructuring team handles cross-border insolvency and restructuring, including high-profile, multi-jurisdictional matters across various sectors.

The Role

We are hiring an Associate with 2-4 years PQE, possessing broad non-contentious/transactional experience, particularly in insolvency procedures, restructuring plans, and cross-border matters.

This role offers exposure to diverse sectors, opportunities for leadership, and development within a highly regarded firm culture.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-4 years relevant experience
• Experience from a top international practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, commercially-minded, and able to handle cross-border matters
• Degree with minimum 2:1 or equivalent
