Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advising on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions for both sponsor and lender-side clients.
- Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements.
- Managing end-to-end transaction processes and collaborating across global offices on multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Developing business and maintaining strong client relationships.
