Hours:
9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with flexibility in accordance with the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Anti-Money Laundering /Risk Management team in our London office. The successful candidate will provide day to day administrative support to the London Business Intake (LBI) and wider Risk Management team in London to support the overall risk management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the migration of LBI filing from Outlook to iManage.
- Responsible for filing LBI correspondence
- Managing the uploading and profiling of engagement letters.
- Send new client due diligence files to the matter team on a weekly basis.
- Follow up monthly with the Supervising Matter Partners regarding insider list closure approval.
- Assist with the ethical walls/insider list processes as necessary
- Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to the wider Risk Management team, including requesting files from storage, formatting documents, and diary & travel management.
- Support GlobalNet by updating risk management reference materials and information on the intranet.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role within a legal environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and in particular Word and Excel.
- Good accuracy and typing speed Proficiency in using office software and risk management systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Some understanding of AML regulations and compliance processes would be an advantage although training will be provided.

- High level of comfort working with a variety of IT software packages.
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach to team work.
