Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes

  • Educated to A Level or equivalent
  • An understanding of the legal market and experience of working in an international partnership environment desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of relevant market sectors, especially financial services, would be useful but not essential
  • Previous experience in business development activities
  • IT literate with a strength in research and analysis
  • Proactive with enthusiasm, confidence and energy
  • Delivery and solution focussed with a strong desire to meet the needs and requirements of internal clients under pressure of deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) is essential
  • Attention to detail; tenacious and with a sense of responsibility and ownership
  • A team player with an ability to work independently and under pressure when facing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
