Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Taking ownership of our Zoho CRM solution and the data that enable it, ensuring our systems don’t just “work”, but actively empower our teams to operate with total confidence and clarity.

  • Providing first line functional CRM support to teams across Mayden.
  • Playing a key role in our strategy and approach to business systems and the data that enables them.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and user guides, and helping to strengthen our skills to get the best out of Zoho CRM and related applications.
  • Configuring and maintaining reporting functions within Zoho CRM, including building knowledge of automations, both internal and external.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Business Data team. The ideal candidate will be self‑starting, logically‑minded and detail‑oriented. You will have experience of taking ownership of small projects/initiatives, and a passion for helping businesses to function more effectively. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is ready to bring their skills & experience to the team including:

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Functional experience configuring, customising, and maintaining CRM solutions. You understand how CRM solutions interact with related applications to create a seamless, end‑to‑end operational flow.
  • Skilled at building and using dashboards and reports that enable actionable insights for sales and marketing functions.
  • Able to support mapping a complex customer journey and identify where a process is lagging, then help to redesign it to be more effective.
  • You understand how data flows between systems. Ensure data integrity is maintained across every touchpoint. Demonstrable experience of data quality management.
  • Agile problem solving – you thrive in environments that move fast. You’re comfortable with iterative development, testing solutions, and pivoting quickly when business needs evolve.

Team working skills:

  • Can you proactively solve problems within a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with both technical and non‑technical colleagues?
  • Are you passionate about using technology for good? We look for people who care about the impact of their work.
  • Do you have a track record of good self‑organisation, communication, and a flexible approach to work?
  • Are you as keen to learn new technologies and skills as you are to mentor and contribute to the development of others?
  • Are you willing to work in a team and collaborate even when it’s hard?

Benefits:

  • Health & Security: Life assurance, private health insurance, and an enhanced pension (following successful completion of probation).
  • Growth: Personal training and conference budget to support your professional development.
  • Wellbeing: Onsite gym and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell leave post‑probation).
  • Commuting: Onsite parking, including EV charging points.
  • Flexibility: A flexible ‘place of work’ policy.

Location and Flexibility:

This is a permanent, full‑time position (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday), based at our offices in Oldfield Park, Bath.

Our Approach to Work: Collaboration is one of our four company values – we work best together. We believe there is significant benefit from working face‑to‑face when doing so. At the same time, some work may be carried out just as effectively alone and away from the office. We have therefore created a flexible ‘place of work’ policy that asks everyone to be where the work of the day is best completed. Overall, we expect enough time in the office with others to maintain relationships and communication. Many people find this approach means they work in the office three or more days a week, but this varies according to role and the work they have to do.
