We are seeking a Strategic Accounts and Markets Lead to own and grow relationships with Mayden’s customers and national stakeholders. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between market dynamics and our commercial strategy. You will develop multi‑year account plans, align Mayden's evolving value proposition with customer goals, and unlock new business opportunities in priority markets. This pivotal role combines high‑level relationship management, public‑sector policy navigation, and cross‑functional leadership to drive customer success, retention, and revenue growth.
You will:
- Proactively engage with strategic customers to understand their challenges
- Identify opportunities for Mayden solutions to support customer objectives
- Identify and mitigate risk with customer accounts

About You
- Healthcare/HealthTech Expertise: Proven track record working within healthcare, HealthTech, or a closely related regulated industry with a strong understanding of the UK healthcare ecosystem and the strategic challenges facing health and care organisations.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrable ability to engage, present to, and influence C‑level and senior public sector stakeholders.
- Commercial Acumen: Experience executing multi‑year account plans that drive revenue expansion, navigating complex procurement landscapes, and identifying national funding streams.
- Collaborative Leader: Adept at leading and aligning internal teams to deliver excellence for high‑value clients.
- Tech‑Savvy: Proficient with CRM software for robust customer relationship and pipeline management.

Location and Flexibility
This is a permanent, full‑time position (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday), based at our offices in Oldfield Park, Bath. Hybrid working is available. We encourage a flexible approach where you are present in the office for the amount of time that best supports your work and team collaboration.
